When you create an account, add experiences to your trip or complete a booking, the application may collect your name, email address, phone number, country, travel dates, traveller quantities and booking notes.
How information is used
Information is used to provide catalogue search, maintain your trip cart, create booking records, communicate confirmations, provide customer support and protect the checkout process.
Payments
Payments are completed on pay.1860travels.com. Holidey creates a payment portal order containing the amount, currency, order items and customer contact details, then redirects using a short-lived access token. Holidey does not receive or store card numbers.
Your choices
You may contact support to ask about booking information associated with your email address, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern. Legal retention requirements may apply to payment and booking records.
